With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Rachel Cardenas competed in the DRC Half marathon in Dallas this past weekend. The half is a 13.1 mile run. Rachel finished in 2:11. She trained for 10 weeks, sometimes running as much as 26 miles a week. Good job Rachel!

The workout tonight will be at 6pm at the park instead of the football field. With the time change we may need to start a little bit earlier in the future. The weather should be great tonight. Hope to see you there.
