Are you a Zoner? Here is a 4 block breakfast that is easy and delicious.
3 eggs = 3 protein blocks
3 pieces of turkey bacon = 1 protein block
1 cup oatmeal with cinnamon 3 carb blocks
1/2 cup blueberries 1 carb block
1 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil = 4 fat blocks
Easy and as you can see it there is a lot of food here. The great thing is that it is nutrient dense and caloricly low. You will feel great after this meal. Enjoy!
