The Arrow and the Song
I shot an arrow into the air, It fell to the earth, I know not where;
For, so swiftly it flew, the sight could not follow it in its flight.
I breathed a song into the air, It fell to the earth, I knew not where;
For who has sight so keen and strong, That it can follow the flight of song?
Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Built a slosh pipe this past week. It is a pretty damn god tool. I think it will present a good core workout. Hey what about a practice what you preach section that details your daily food intake. WOD and FOD section (food of the day).

Slosh pipe, huh? Thats cool, I want one too, but space is a premium right now :)
Have you messed with that keg yet?
How are the workouts going?
Why do you want to know what I eat? Are you following me around? J/J :)
I have tried a daily journal before but it gets so boring to keep up with online. But for you my friend I will consider it.

training going slow school hectic last month of classes all kinds of papers due. I got like 3 weeks to go. Keg is cool I lift it overhead at least ten times a week. I have overcome the fluid shift inside of keg. Now it is easier to lift, before that I was resting it on my head and then lift the second portion all kinds of crazy S**t to lift it. Austin sent me a 53 pounder kettle and I have another one coming. I am still wanting to elusive 32 kg's everyone else just wants to pay a littel more than I do on Ebay. House is totally different driveway paved backyard expanded. I am looking forward to some good workout starting in May. Right now I am doing like 50 bodyweight squats a night while at work to stay awake, the girls here are following along but bitching. But are kind of seeing where there fitness level has disappeared over the years by being beaten by a bodyweight exercise. Next time your down will have to let ya try slosh pipe, I see some on net that are 8 foot in length so would stand in corner of room. anyway come down and next time through, also cheap to build. Dave.

I forgot to tell ya, if ya put the keg down to fast and it hits the ground, a fine jet of beer shoots out from the tap. Kinda funny Dave.

Can't wait to see what you guys have done with your place. I will stop by next time I am passing through. I can't wait to get things like the atlas stones, kegs, tires, etc...Just don't think people would appreciate me stacking tires up outside in my present arrangement. I found a place where there is a bunch of tires like where we get them there.
I do not know when i will be back there. I do another cert in San Antonio the first weekend in May, may be around after that.

I should be able to find a few more kegs around here, just need to look, if not we can rent one full of beer, drink until it is at the desired level of sloshyness and sacrifice the deposit. of course we could have one of many flavors. Do they put Dos Equis in kegs? Can you drink mexican beer from a keg or is there a rule against that? Something else to research.
