Personal Training

$35.00/hour

Our personal training sessions are designed to maximize your time and give you the best results for your time. No more are the days of polo shirts and selector pin adjustment. You will get stronger, leaner, faster, and increase your work capacity.

Commercial globo gyms charge twice as much and give little to no results. I guarantee you will see results if you follow my program or I will refund your money.

Free Workouts

On occasion CrossFit San Angelo will offer free workouts at a local park. Do you want to try Crossfit but are unsure of making a commitment. These free sessions will be a great eye opener to the power of CrossFit training. They are a great opportunity to get your friends and family involved in fitness. More than a boring 30 minute session on a treadmill these workouts focus on fitness and community and the best part is that they are free. Just check the main page daily to see when these opportunities are offered.

CrossFit San Angelo Fundamentals

$100.00

In the fundamentals class you get the foundation you need to continue on with CrossFit training. The fundamentals are designed to teach you the basic exercises that we build the entire Crossfit program on. Special attention is payed to proper form and intensity is ramped up slowly. The basic movements are cover in detail.

Other areas that are covered are diet and nutrition. The program will expose you to the importance of strength training and how anaerobic conditioning will benefit you beyond the limits of aerobic training.

The fundamentals program consists of four classes. These are one on one and are required for anyone wanting to train at CrossFit San Angelo. There are exceptions for seasoned Crosfitters that can demonstrate proper form.

Once the fundamentals program is completed you will know if Crossfit is for you. We know that once you try it you will be hooked.
